1. Begin shopping by clicking on Photo Selections.
   We have placed images in categories such as BEARS, BIRDS, SCENERY, WHALES, WOLVES etc.

2. Click on the thumbnail image to enlarge the image.

3. Click on the "Mat Options" button to see the selected image inside a variety of mat colors and a frame.

4. Return to the thumbnail page and click the "Order Information" button below the photo you want to order. This will take you to the "Shopping Cart" screen. On this page you can view the sizes and prices for the photograph you are interested in.

5. Fill in the quantity and select the mat color then click on "Add To Cart" button to the right. If all the information in the Shopping Cart is correct, click on the "Check Out" button and it will bring up the Billing screen to finalize your order. To continue shopping, click on the "Return to Shop" button at the bottom of your screen.

6. Fill in all the required fields on the "Billing Information" screen. Choose the method of shipping desired. Click on the "Ship to This Address" or "Ship to a Different Address" button at the bottom of the cart and it will bring up the "Shipping Information" screen.

7. Fill in the required fields on the "Shipping Information" screen. If you are shipping the order as a gift, please check the "Gift" box and key in a gift message of 50 characters or less. Click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the cart and it will bring up a "Recap" screen. If the billing and shipping information are correct, click on the "Submit" button and it will bring up the "Payment" screen.

8. Verify the items and quantities are correct. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. Fill in the required credit card information and click on the "Submit" button. Your order will be confirmed and you will see a screen with "Thank You For Your Order." You will also receive a confirmation e-mail for your order immediately.

9. Orders shipped to WA state will be charged sales tax at a rate of .086.

Shipping within the CONTINENTAL United States

We ship anywhere within the 50 United States. We typically ship available items within 48 hours upon receipt of your order pending credit card authorization. Our standard method of shipping is UPS Blue through the United Postal Service. We also offer 2^nd. day air delivery for an additional charge of $8.00. We cannot ship 2^nd. day air to P.O. Boxes or outside of the 48 contiguous States.

All orders are shipped fully insured via UPS unless otherwise requested.

Delivery in less than 1 week. (For PO or APO Boxes, we use US Mail Only)

Attention:
UPS will NOT ship to P.O. or APO Boxes. We will use US Mail or Priority US Mail for PO or APO box orders.
